I run a small shop because I'm at my most creative that way. It's myself and two other illustrators who help me carry the load when things get busy. The advantage is that we can be flexible in pricing and quickly get on projects without months of committee stalling and delays like the big-box agencies. There's not five people between you and the creative. You work directly with me and get the most control. I believe in extremely high standards and affordability.
